Student Ambassadors
Selected students will act as "ambassadors" to the school and will help in the office. It promotes student leadership and responsibility.
Basketball
Students practice after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The season consists of 8 games plus playoffs, played on Saturdays against the other Constellation middle schools. The season lasts from September through December.
Volleyball
Our co-ed Bulldogs volleyball team practices after school on Mondays and Thursdays. We compete on Saturdays as part of our inter-Constellation league.
Cheerleading
Students practice after school twice a week from 3:45 PM to 4:45 PM. They perform during Saturday games against other Constellation middle schools, promoting teamwork.
Yearbook
Students work together to create the yearbook, providing a visual display of school year memories.
Safety Patrol
Safety Patrol will be held during drop-off and dismissal. Students receive training to promote safety for their peers. This group will help keep our students and families safe while crossing streets.
Sports Club
Promotes physical enrichment and wellness. Students learn new sports and work on sportsmanship. Open gym is held on Tuesdays from 3:45 PM to 4:45 PM, starting January 10th. It is open to all students in grades 5th-8th.
Knitting Club
Students learn concentration, character education, and math skills through knitting while learning techniques from staff members.
National Junior Honor Society
Students participate in community service activities while maintaining high academic standards. It creates student leadership responsibilities while tying in academic excellence and community service. They meet twice a month.
Choir
Extra practice after school to work with students interested in choir to prepare for their concert.
Power of the Pen
Power of the Pen is a creative writing competition for 7th and 8th grade students. They develop high quality writing skills throughout the 8-week program. The competition provides students with the opportunity to develop a creative voice and highlight creative writing skills. They will be able to compete on a district level. Qualifying students will move on to regional and state tournaments respectively.
Student Council
Student leadership opportunities help to boost skills and school spirit. It promotes a positive school environment with an understanding of government and civics.
